Comes in a very flat packaging. We have puddles when it rains where i work. It’s nice not to have to get my feet or shoes wet. I was puting on plastic bags and taping them around my ankle, but they were slippery walking in. These are not.

Tested in the rain circulating on a motorcycle. They are like a pool hat. They fit a 42.5 shoe but they protect. If you walk with the position it will be hole.
