It’s a solid frying pan. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. It holds heat pretty well, cleans up as expected. I made sure to season it before my first use and it’s been a nice adjustment. I had a teflon coated pan before, and after understanding what the pfas chemicals do, i am happy with this switch. I would definitely buy again. The polishing agent does not come out where the actual food touches, but there is a lot of polishing agent on the edges.
It seems like the induction works well, so it must be made of real stainless steel.
