Great item. Average power draw 8-9W depending on USB cable. The only issue is that the clear cover lid that houses the spoon is made of a fragile plastic. The tab broke off mine during shipping. Other customers have same issue. It doesn’t affect the product otherwise, and wasn’t worth returning over.
Insulation is not very good. Better if you wrap with something insulating.
If you keep things on over 8 hours, some things can burn. I was able to get water to about 185F degrees with some extra insulation

I received this faster. Looks good in quality, brand new covered with plastic bag and box. I have tried but takes lot of time to make it warm even hot. I love this product for bring my lunch to work and make my food keep warm.
