Great item. Average power draw 8-9W depending on USB cable. The only issue is that the clear cover lid that houses the spoon is made of a fragile plastic. The tab broke off mine during shipping. Other customers have same issue. It doesn't affect the product otherwise, and wasn't worth returning over.
Insulation is not very good. Better if you wrap with something insulating.
If you keep things on over 8 hours, some things can burn. I was able to get water to about 185F degrees with some extra insulation
