I took a while until this item got to canada, and when it arrived i put it to test. I had to open the case because the small light fall from the opening, so i return it into a proper position. I is very simple construction, a metal case with heating wire, enclosed with a concave plate on the top, which is tighten with screws to the body, and should not be decoupled. The electrical switch has 3 positions, left 300w, middle off, right 600w. For frying eggs, either a sunny-side up or or scrambled, i use 300w power, than place a lid on top (a pity, lid is not included wit this product) and wait 3 minutes. Just slightly lift the cooker and eggs slide in the plate. Take the whole cooker and rinse the top plate with soap and hot water. I use 600w heater for browning some ready to eat meat, and it takes 2-3 minutes again to get it done. This cooker is ideal for travelling and having a quick breakfast or dinner.

It is a handy and nice electric cooker for baking, braking and BBQ.

Being able to grab a pan and cooking almost instantly is an immense help when an idea pops into my head. This is one of those pans that doesn t get put away. Should i decide to do a grill style of dish, this allows me to be cooking while others are still trying to get everything together.
