Notice 1: it does not include adapter,must use 5V/2A adapter to work it, some tv’s USB port only has 5V/0.5A,the power is not enough,it will not turn on as normal,must use a 5V/2A adapter to power it.
Notice 2: If the remote can not work,pls do the factory reset to recover it.
a,use a computer mouse to work with it,clink right key can enter the UI,
b,do the factory reset,clink settings — device perference — reset.
c,it will restart itself after factory reset, then you can pair the remote again.
d,long pressing right and left keys together untill it pair well.

PS:TV stick’s standard remote is a BT remote,but not IR remote, so air mouse G10S and MX3PRO power key can not do IR Learning,so theirs power keys can not work,if you mind,pls do not choose the mx3pro and g10s options.

The changer won’t turn on tv like my firestick but i love the actual android hdmi device alot. It’s so much better than my firestick other than the controller itself. Great product definitely recommend.

It’s a shame that Brazilian customs didn’t release the product, but the store and website complied with their good sales policy and refunded the purchase.

Ítems arrived as advertised. No power brick but did have power cables. Items work as advertised. I installed unit to television and powered on, input username and password to google and allowed for updates.
