I got this for my elderly father and it works well and easy to use. I also didn’t relize it came with a sponge so that was a nice surprise, and it wasn’t a bad sponge either, it is the kind i would normally but at the store.

Packaging was not ideal for me. I ordered 15 item & in stead of packaging them in a box everything came in a bag & this is the result of that terrible decision!! !
However, it did arrive when it was supposed to, without incident. Item is just as advertised & surprisingly works like a charm!
