Works, heats up. Everything is fine, but there is a small chip – the surface seems to be glass. Overall – looks good, I hope it will fulfill its function. I did not communicate with the seller, the delivery took a couple of weeks.

Very good product, it has 3 temperature levels, make sure you use 2a usb power adapter or it will shut down by itself as not enough power. The 3 temp levels are green/6w, blue/9w and red/12w. In general the lowest setting is hot enough to keep your container warm.
