Instructions:
1.Twist the host with the gel patch.
2.Uncover the transparent film on the gel patch.
3.Attach the instrument to the area where you need to massage.
4.Press the “+ ” button to turn it on.

Its decent for the price. Surprisingly strong electric charge. One thing i dont like, trying to peel the plastic cover off to exposed the sticky goo was a nightmare. It tried to peel all of the goo off with it.
