The correct way to use the product:

4. If the fruit is too big and causes the blade to get stuck and not turn, try to cut the fruit into small pieces and not fill it so full. When using, shake the machine by hand so that the juice can be squeezed faster;
5. When starting the machine, it is recommended to invert it and stand it upright after normal operation;

Q1. The juicer can be started without the cup installed
A1.The charging port of product does not have waterproof function, and the circuit board is flooded with water. The foolproof function has expired, and it is recommended not to use it again
Q2. The product cannot start normally, and the indicator light flashes red;
A2. The cup on the juicer is not installed correctly, please reinstall the cup. During the installation process of the cup, the indicator light flashes blue, indicating that the cup is installed correctly;

A3. The product battery is low and can only be used after being fully charged;
Q4. The product stops working immediately, and the indicator light flashes red and blue;

A5. The product will automatically stop after idling for 5 seconds. The normal single working time is about 30 seconds. If you need to work again, please press the switch to restart. I really like this item it has been a great little investment it’s perfect for on the go easy to use and i can make anything i want as far as a drink goes and it’s fast charging and all around just works really really good i’m very happy with this i would consider buying this one again or even a bigger one if you have them so thank you very much on this item

Charged easy and let it charge well over the required minimum for 2 hours first time to make sure it was really charged well. Tried it with a banana and two ice cubes and it does function, even with the small blade it was able to chop but the charge didn’t hold long enough to pulverize even a soft banana and the two ice cubes. About midway it said the battery was empty and i had to plug it in to recharge. No idea if they’re all this way or i have a faulty model but it’s a great value for the money and it does what it claims in that it does chop fruit and can handle a couple of small ice cubes. However it’s the charge doesn’t last very long. Maybe if it’s fruit without ice it would last longer
