shipping and delivery is confirmed. This means that if there are any issues with your order, such as damage or incorrect items, we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Undeliverable Packages
In some cases, packages may not be able to be delivered due to circumstances such as:
- Incorrect address information provided during checkout
- No one available to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery by the recipient
If your package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to the sender. In these situations, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct and up-to-date during checkout.
