Return & Refund Requests

For returns and refunds, please log in to your JOPPICKS account and submit a return request from the “My Orders” page. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions. If you need help, contact us via email at cs@joppicks.com.

Mailing Address

We are an online store and do not have a physical retail location, but for returns or correspondence, please contact us first to arrange shipping details. Unauthorised returns sent to our warehouse without prior approval may not be processed.
