How can I track my package?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking details are also available in your JOPPICKS account under “My Orders.”

Returns & Refunds

What is JOPPICKS's return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Faulty or damaged items are eligible for free return and replacement.

How do I return an item?

  3. Select “Return/Refund”
  4. Follow the instructions to complete your request
