JOPPICKS offers a simple and hassle-free returns process. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, depending on the item's condition and the reason for return. Free Return Eligibility

Free returns are available in the following cases:
  • Faulty or defective items – Products that are damaged or malfunctioning upon arrival.

For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a courier pickup at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 3 Click "Return/Refund" and follow the instructions.
