Very small. Cooling fins are shallow. Small size is useful for some needs: to attach one to a single VRM chip on a motherboard, or one of the doublers for a bit of extra cooling. My package contained exactly 50 heat sinks, thank you. Well machined. Each one will require a square of heat sink pad as adhesive, to attach, puchased separately. would need at least four to cool an NVMe, I suppose. Good item. See photos.
