Who is the seller of record?
Today, every product on JoyPicks is sold by HYGGO PTY LTD (ABN 26 680 569 653), trading as JoyPicks. The stores on JoyPicks group the ranges of our supply partners, which are clothing manufacturers and wholesalers, mainly in China. Orders are sent directly to you by the relevant supply partner, but the contract of sale is with HYGGO PTY LTD (ABN 26 680 569 653), trading as JoyPicks, not with the supply partner.
This means HYGGO PTY LTD (ABN 26 680 569 653), trading as JoyPicks is responsible for customer service, delivery problems, returns, refunds and Buyer Protection for products we sell.
If a listing is ever sold by an independent seller instead of by us, that seller will be clearly named on the listing and will be the seller of record for that item. Our Buyer Protection will still apply. At present, all products are sold by us.
If JoyPicks ever stops trading, HYGGO PTY LTD (ABN 26 680 569 653), trading as JoyPicks remains responsible for orders already placed, refunds and claims.

If your order has not arrived 30 business days after ordering, or by the latest delivery estimate shown to you, contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate and either send a replacement or provide a full refund.
If an item is damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Full shipping details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
What are my return, refund and Buyer Protection rights?
We offer 14-day returns for every customer, in every country. You may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing us within that 14-day period. You must then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
Returned items must be unused, with tags and original packaging. The buyer pays the return postage to the return address we provide, which may be overseas.
We refund the item price, and any delivery charge paid to us if one applied. Delivery is free, so in practice there is usually no delivery charge to refund. We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method, in the currency paid.
We may reduce the refund if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to check it.
The following items are not returnable for change of mind for hygiene or customisation reasons:
- underwear, swimwear and lingerie with the hygiene seal removed after delivery
- pierced earrings
- items made to your specification
If an item is faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described, you are always covered at no cost to you. Depending on the circumstances, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund, and we will pay the return cost or tell you not to return the item.
Buyer Protection claim windows are:
- Item not received: from the latest estimated delivery date until 30 days after it
- Item not as described or faulty: within 30 days of delivery
Your statutory rights continue beyond these Buyer Protection windows where the law provides that.
For consumers in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland and Norway, where applicable, the 14-day period is also the statutory right of withdrawal. It is counted from the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the last item in the order. You may exercise that right by email or by using the model withdrawal form on our Returns & Refunds Policy page. We will confirm receipt by email. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof they were sent. Refund amounts are the amounts paid in the order's currency, and any bank conversion differences are outside our control.
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy and Buyer Protection policy for full details.
